When LogMeIn launched join.me, it was the refreshingly simple challenger to overly complex online conference tools. To disrupt the market and make an impact, I wrote and associate-directed standout creative that got noticed. It worked. The product reached more than 1 million new users per month, and one of the videos went viral with 6.4 million views.
